We are a community coworking house and art centre, providing a home from home for the people of Glasgow that doesn’t feel corporate, where you can kick back, get productive and meet some new people. Our in-house yogi Jade is here for all your stretching and unwinding needs! Expect mindful movement, intentional stillness, conscious breathing designed to help you reconnect, thrive, and unwind.

The Edit Market
Join the market on selected Saturdays and Sundays in 2025 from 11AM - 5PM.

Entry is £1, Dog Friendly
We deeply regret that our venue is not currently wheelchair accessible. This is due to the age and architectural constraints of the building. There are no toilets available for customers at the market.

The Other Drawing Club
Join us every Wednesday for All The Young Nudes, an art club, normally featuring a life model or two, in The Grand Hall at House of Toad. We supply the art materials and a different model or subject matter each week. You don’t need any experience of anything artistic to attend! We do ask that you book in advance as we have limited spaces for this club. Students working on their portfolio are very welcome to attend.

Artist Studios
We have a beautiful, dedicated art room at the house where you can do messy, analogue work like painting, drawing, floristry, carving, sewing…
We have some larger artist studios coming up in Spring 2025. These will be suitable for 1 - 3 people to share, with lots of light and partitions between room sections.
